You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with any original packaging where possible. Handcrafted items show natural variation which is not a defect.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
