Get Approved
We'll review and approve your return within 24 hours. Defective items are approved instantly.
Send It Back
Package the item securely and send to our Nairobi address. We cover shipping costs for defective items.
Get Refunded
Refund processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds within 24 hours.

14-Day Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with any original packaging where possible. Handcrafted items show natural variation which is not a defect.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds within 24 hours. Bank transfers within 3–7 business days. Cash on delivery refunds via M-Pesa.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalised items (specific colours, sizes, or messages) cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check your specifications before ordering.
